About Me
At Custom Pens & Pencils, I specialize in creating unique writing instruments from exotic wood materials. I meticulously craft each pen and pencil, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. In addition to my custom pens and pencils, I will be offering other custom items in the future, making us a one-stop shop for all your personalized writing and home decor needs.
I am the sole owner-operator of my business and sometimes with a lot of business, there may be delays, especially on custom orders.
Our Services
I am the sole owner and manufacture all pens and pencils myself. After sanding with 1500 grit, each item is coated with three coats or CA Glue for a hard glossy finish.
Depending on stock, delivery could take 2-3 weeks. I ship all orders by USPS to the USA only. Once shipped, the order should arrive in 5-7 days; sometimes, it may arrive sooner.
In-stock items (you do not select the wood, but select an item) will ship the next day.
Special order items are the ones you select your wood choice.

Our Policy
Custom Pens and Pencils will NEVER sell or give your personal information including your e-mail, address, phone number, or your name.
Anything you share with me is just between you and me.
Returns
You may return any item within 15 days of receipt if the item is undamaged when you receive it.. Returned items cannot be drilled, cut, or worked in any way. Special order items are nonreturnable unless they are damaged upon receipt. Please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your item. Any returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to pay for the order, after receiving the item.
After receiving your RMA number, please mark that number clearly on the outside of your return box. That will assist us in promptly processing your refund.
If you have any issues with your product, please call us immediately. We will be happy to assist you.
You must pay for return shipping. If the item was damaged upon receipt, shipping will be refunded. Otherwise, shipping will NOT be refunded.
Shipping
Each writing instrument will be shipped by flat rate shipping, of $10.40 by USPS.
Each writing instrument will be placed in a plastic box to give further protection from damage.
